Track Order

You can track your order in production from the following link: http://www.photobookshop.com.au/customer/track 

You will be required to login if you have not already.

Our order statuses are:

Waiting for Files: We are still waiting for your files to be uploaded so we can process your order. You will need to go back to the software and send the files for your order. 
 
Files Received and Processing: We have received your files, we are now preparing them for production.
 
In Production: : Your order has been received and is currently in Production. Please allow 2-7 business days (Australia & NZ) or 4-14 business days (international).
 
Errors In Files: We have found an error in your files. We need your help to process your order. Please contact us so we can help you fix the problem.
 
Shipped: Your order has been shipped within the last 24 hours.
 
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. Please contact us if this is incorrect.
 
Completed: Your order was shipped over 24 hours ago.

If you have chosen express shipping you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped from our warehouse. 

There is no tracking option available with standard shipping.
